Intake information: your stated goal and the answers you provide during the consultation.

Order information: quotes, project scope, payment status and delivery records.

To generate your scope, quote and personalized program, to operate your account and dashboard, to process payments, and to review quality before release.

Authorized Reis & Co. reviewers may access your intake and plan solely to review, correct or improve your deliverable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your intake to produce another client's plan.

Data is stored in a managed, access controlled database with row level access policies restricting records to their owner and authorized reviewers. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by Reis & Co.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate records, or deletion of your account and associated records, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
